From R&D to final part, motor shaft need many processes. Rough is formed by five station cold header, ensuring roughs' consistency and stability. Machining and mid frequency quenching all use imported CNC equipment to guarantee the precision and hardness requirements. With in-line inspection and 100% final inspection, stable quality is guaranteed.
